Sora and Yuki~mini adventure of awesomeness

Yuk smiles as she pops open a create pulling out some bandages and slowly started at patch herself up. "Im fine.." She says keeping an eye on the other human he says he was ex marines..."He cant be trusted..." She thinks running a hand over her branding witch was covered by bandages for days now.

Sora frowned at Yuki, "Are you sure you're okay?" she asked nervously. 

Nexon said something about a cook and a boat, which made Sora wonder what he was talking about. Wasn't he an exmarine?

"We'll pass..." She says before taking Sora's hand as she makes a bubble belt for herself so she could move more. "Lets go Sora chan...We'll have to find someway else..." For once her eyes were not full of sadness but cold and steely. She hated marines even if they no longer served it, the attack dogs of the would government, they took care of anyone who tried to revel the truth of this cold rotting world...They helped end the lives of the innocent they swore to protect..

Sora nodded, clutching Yuki's arm. She hid herself behind her now-floating friend, peering out from behind her at the ex-marine. 

"Yuki-san..." she mumbled, watching her mermaid friend glare at Nexon, "I-I thought marines were the good people......aren't they?" For all Sora had been taught all her life, was that if she was ever in trouble, she should go to the marines.

Yuki looked down at the small child "I...don't partticualary like Mariners Sora-Chan..." She smiles sadly "But that doesn't mean you have to."

Sora cast Nexon a furtive glance, before returning her gaze to Yuki. 

"Why?" She asked, curiosity reaching her eyes. 

(sorry for shortness)

"I...don't like to talk about it.." She says placing a hand on her branding out of refelx. She then quickly goes back to opening the crates.

Sora's eyes followed Yuki's hand, but she couldn't quite see the brand. (derp rhymes!) Then Nexon came walking over, sitting on one of the crates. Sora instinctively shrunk away, hiding, once again, behind her mermaid friend. 

"I-I don't know..." she stuttered in response, glancing up at Yuki for help.

Yuki frowns then sighs, turning she stared at him with eyes that would make a giant shrink back in fear. "As we have no other options...and as long as Sora-Chan is okay with it..I guess traveling together could fave its...benefits.."

Sora nodded, still holding onto Yuki's arm like a scared little girl. Because, well, that was what she was. A scared little blue-haired red-eyed girl. She followed behind her friend carefully, keeping herself partially hidden. 

"W-will I have to fight?" she asked worriedly, peering out from behind Yuki so she could look at Nexon.

Yuki looks down at the small child "No Sora-Chan you won't.." She says petting the young girls head. She would go to the grave protecting this child if she must, she would protect this child from the cold true of this world, to make sure she kept that cute child like innocence...an Innocence she never had at her age.

(Shit just got real! Looks like Yuki's getting in to deep)

Sora watched Nexon with wide-eyes, following him onto his ship. She looked around, her crimson iris' filled with curiosity instead of fear, and she bounded out from behind Yuki. She bounced up to the side of the boat, looking out at the ocean. 

"Where'd you get this boat?" She asked excitedly after padding back to Nexon and Yuki, her fear of fighting already lost. Of course, if it came to a fight, she'd most likely die. The little girl knew absolutely zero fighting moves, and the only thing she had going for her was that strange ability she had.....She still couldn't name it.

Yuki instead slips from the dock into the water, her scales had been getting dry and that caused them to ich, she almost sighs out loud as her tail touches the water. She keeps a close eye on the humans and the surroundings

"The Grand Line!!" Sora exclaimed immediately, turning to face Nexon in one fluid motion. Despite her petite size, she was much faster than she appeared. She bounded up to the man, before racing back to the edge just in time to see Yuki land in the water. 

"Yuki?" She called, suddenly scared "You'll stay won't you?"

Yuki smiles "I'm not going anywhere.." She says raising her tail up to show sora its colors looked much more faded now. "My scales are just drying out is all"

Sora sighed with relief, casting a glance at Yuki's faded tail scales, and wondered why that happened. "Okay!" she called in a sing-song voice, "I was just making sure!" 

the little girl turned around with near blinding speed, watching Nexon take crates below deck. He called something about the Grand Line, detours, showing someone something, and dinner. Sora didn't catch everything he said, but nodded after he finished as if she knew exactly what he was talking about.

"Okay!" Sora called excitedly, bouncing up to Nexon. "Where is it where is it?" Her voice rang through the air, bringing an aura of eagerness to the surroundings. A bird cawed overhead, flying just above them. Sora stopped to watch it, then returned to waiting for Nexon to move.

While the two talked Yuki dived under the water check the under side of the ship her eyes scaning the area for anthing that didn't belong. "Still cant trust him" She thinks.

Sora followed Nexon, an excited gleam in her crimson eyes. She no longer tried to hide them, but mostly because she had forgotten to. She bounded into the room, her thin legs shaking with the effort. Though she said nothing of it, instead she padded into the center. 

"Wow!" She gasped, turning around in a circle with her arms spread wide. "It's perfect!" The little girl let out a content sigh, staring around her new room. She'd never had so much space! It was amazing! She flopped down on the bed, drinking in the smell of the pillow. Sora rarely had a bed to sleep in, let alone a pillow. The very idea filled her to the brim with glee!

Sora squee'd happily, pushing open the window. She leaned out, so far that the only thing keeping her inside was her hands, pressed against the wall to keep her still. 

"Yuki!" she called excitedly, a bright grin on her face. She turned her face back to Nexon, her light red eyes shining, open wide. "Thanks Nexon!" she called.

Sora smiled back at him, closing her eyes with the grin.

"That rhymed!" She giggled, turning back to the ocean. The waves roared in her ears, splashing up against the boat, flicking ocean spray on her face. The sound drowned out Nexon's last words, so she would most likely be missing dinner, but she didn't mind.

"Okay!" Sora called back, waving her hand dismissively. She stuck her head out the window again, shortly followed by half her body. 

"Yuki!!" She shouted, a bright smile alight on her face, "Yuki, I can talk to you through this window!!"

Sora stared out at the ocean, a kind smile resting on her face. She sighed, thinking Wow, it's so beautiful. Her gaze followed the horizon line, watching every inch of the blue water, glancing at the surface occasionally. Where's Yuki? She wondered curiously.

Yuki swam back to the surface, she had found nothing out of the ordinary. She loked around noticing a window open she quietly swims over to it and peeks over it coming face to face with her young friend. She blinks in surprise before smiling. "Boo?"
